Security responsibilities
Use secure devices and connections and keep login credentials private. Report suspected misuse or a suspicious message using the support address shown on this site.
We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Our support team does not require your complete card number, security code, banking password, or one-time authentication code by email.
Policies that apply to purchases
